our story

noun  cy·cle  \ ˈsī-kəl \

Definition: A series of successive steps in which one of the products is regenerated and reused.

This definition represents the core mission of our company. At Cycle, we believe there is no better way to create healthy soil than by returning the nutrients from the food grown within that very soil.  Cycle's all natural nutrients enrich the soil the way nature intended, and are less likely to burn crops than with synthetic, chemical-based fertilizers.

The heart of Cycle is closing this nutrient cycle and it all starts at our London, Ontario facility.  We first take left over food from local sources, then we create a clean, renewable energy source called biogas and finally concentrate the output from this process to create an organic fertilizer.  This cyclical approach leads to healthier soils, less dependence on chemical-based fertilizers and leaves our land in a better place for future generations. This is the true definition of a sustainable approach.
